Sound Journeys
Returning Inward
A space to quiet the external world, listen deeply, and reconnect with the wisdom of the body.
Sound Bath
A Soothing Restorative Sound Experience
A relaxing sensory experience that invites stillness, reflection, and a deeper connection with the mind and body.
You are invited to rest, listen, and experience the restorative qualities of sound while in community.
Immersive Sound Journey
An Experiential Sound Journey
An intimate small-group experience that moves through a carefully crafted progression of sound, rhythm, vibration, and tone.
Unlike a traditional restorative sound bath, an Immersive Sound Journey has an intentional arc. The experience builds gradually, moving through different textures and intensities of sound before arriving at a place of stillness and integration.
You are invited to follow the journey wherever it leads, allowing space for whatever arises along the way.
Private Sound Journey
A Personalized Experience of Sound for Individuals or Small Groups
Every person has their own story, their own needs, and their own unique journey.
Through a personal consultation, we curate a sound journey experience designed to honor where you are and what you are moving through.
Each experience is thoughtfully shaped around the individual or gathering and may weave together sound with other intentional practices or botanical elements.
Ritual Sound Journey
A Sacred Pause Honoring Transitional Moments
Some moments in life ask to be marked.
A transition.
A beginning.
An ending.
A threshold.
Ritual Sound Journeys weave together sound, intention, botanical elements, and symbolic practices to create a meaningful experience of reflection and integration.
These experiences are created thoughtfully and personally, honoring the individual, the moment, and the intention behind the gathering.
The Power of Sound
My relationship with sound has deepened through witnessing what becomes possible when we give ourselves an opportunity to slow down and listen.
Within that spaciousness, there is room to pause, notice, and experience what is present.
Having witnessed what happens when we are not given space to rest and reset, I have come to see sound as an accessible entry point into relaxation and an opportunity for the nervous system to rest.
For some, a sound journey may offer little more than an hour of deep rest, which in itself can be profoundly restorative. For others, it may become the beginning of something much deeper.
For me, sound is a practice of coming back to self and creating space for presence.
